Before our collaboration, GUM Playbrush had difficulties with a large agency that could not deliver profitable campaigns for over a year. Since 2021, the expected successes have not materialized, requiring a radical turnaround.

With innovative products that convey the fun of brushing teeth, GUM Playbrush has made a name for itself. However, even the most brilliant ideas need strong performance marketing strategies to fully unleash their impact. 

The hype phase was used to optimize the launch moment with pre-testing campaigns. Since these were pre-orders, the CTR was extremely high, but the conversion rate at the beginning was low – "who likes to wait 2 months for their product". Therefore, the strategy was adjusted, lead campaigns were activated, and customers were approached again through performance touchpoint management as well as retargeting campaigns. With a strategic new customer offer, they were finally converted to pre-orders.
