Bernhard and Clevascale are innovative, analytical, and professional. As a growing ecommerce brand, we have early on realized that the topic of Social Media Performance Marketing is an important part of our marketing mix. Due to the changes by Apple and the updates with iOS14+, our campaigns were less effective in the summer of 2021. After lengthy considerations and optimizations, we decided to seek help. Q4 2021 was sluggish despite Bernhard's assistance, which was partly due to the situation that we did not make progress due to the changes with iOS14+ and our previous advertising materials, as Bernhard had already communicated at the beginning of the collaboration. The time for target group optimization and creative conception was unfortunately only planned for the beginning of Q1 2022 due to the resources available to us. After the conception and definition of new approaches, in which Bernhard supported us in each individual step, we see a significant increase in performance and learn more information about our target group, which we then implement as learnings and thereby improve our performance.
